Some footage of the closed Woodsreef asbestos mine near Barraba, NSW, Australia. It was a roaring industry in the 1970's & 80's, employing half the town's workforce. It is sadly quiet today, closed down and abandoned. Footage taken December 2005 (and it was a bloody hot day!)
