WARNING: DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Despite what the video says to do, it can be very dangerous if not done right. Here is the rundown: A lady did die from drinking too much water too fast...THE LADY WHO DIED DRANK 6 Liters of water. That is four times the amount of water in this video. Although there hasn't been a case of overhydration from this abount, even the half gallon in this video is too much though. You should NOT try this at home. If you want to try...try a safer amount like 20 ounces....none the less......enjoy the video and know that the person in the video is okay....so have a laugh at his stupidity.
