In case the title wasn't clear, the goats faint in the presence of scary humans. Raaa!

Fainting goats is actually a breed of domestic goats which whenever they got startled their muscles will freeze for few seconds thus resulting in the goat falling to its side. This phenomenon arises due to a genetic disorder. Fainting goats is small and much easier to be cared. Because of this reason such goats are kept as pets are used for show animals. Fainting goats are classified as meat goat as opposed to dairy goat. But due to the rarity of these goats, the live one have higher value than their meat.

and interesting - makes me wonder about the reason for that behavior. Maybe it was simply better to pretend to be Dead", so the woolf catches another one... :-)
