Drunken man uri*nating in the street will have a proper "street uri*nating" place. What makes it cool is it is underground in the day and pops up from the street in the night time.

A remote control seems to activate this underground gadget.

The toilet is still open with no enclosure. It have an elaborate flushing system which also flush the ground since drunk people usually cannot aim straight.
