This is one of the cutest baby I've ever seen. Although I might not want to put up with that on a daily basis... hahaha... Emotional outburst like this are very common in children. I've seen in Discovery Channel before that when a child go in tantrum, you shouldn't give attention to the child. You should just ignore it. From the show I see that the parents do have hard time doing that but after a couple of weeks or so the child behaviour did change. The child now learn that throwing tantrum didn't produce the result he or she wants.
